How many times the company will declare the dividends in a year?

As per provisions of section 123 of the Act, you can declare final dividend once in a year after finalizing the accounts.
Before finalizing accounts
There is no restrictions for declaration of Interim dividend, which is declared between two AGMs
i think he was enquired for how many times..and interim dividend is correct declared in between.
