I have a Partnership Firm, now i want to dissolve it, can i do it on a plane paper or do it on a stamp paper any other formalities in this regard.

if ur firm is registered then do it on stamp paper and get the registration cancelled.
if ur firm is not registered then do it on stamp paper. nothing else needs to be done.

I think Stamp paper will be manadatory for dissolution and apply to registrar for cancellation of registration.
