One one of the director is disqualified u/s 274(1)(g) in another company. As he is dircetor in our company too what implcations do we have on our company? What all measures we have to follow now?

Hi Ritu,
A person of public company disqualified u/s 274(1)(g) is not disqualified to continue his directorship in other companies. In other words he can continue his existing directorships. However he is disqualified to be appointed as director in other public companies for a period of 5 years.
So in your case there is no need to worry.
