HI friends, we have discussed earlier that we would discuss some topic everday so that we can enhance our knowledge and communication skills. But request to strictly avoid own language but only english. which was originally started by sasanka bhalaki this idea who raised such a great though like discussion topic every day.

Interview questions in general.
Question by interviewer: Why do you want to leave the present company where you are doing now...?
Answers might be in so many ways , so please friends give your answer also (Especially question for experienced employees).
Answer may be - cause of low salary , not having encouragement by manager at work , harassment , night shifts , no challenging of work and get boredom , lack of sharing of knowledge bla bla bla bla......
Friends gvie your answers too and tell me how you convince the interviewer with your answer...?
