Covered recent amendments n case laws. Paper was easy but lengthy,messed up in 1st question though

The toughtest question was Q1.  God knows what had they asked.. At times the Institute insists on practical knowledge and at time, they expect us to remember all section no. and schedules theorotically.. !!

Unpredicability can be learnt from our dear fellow chartered... (Proud that am gonna be one like them :P )  Could find only this positive thing  to quote so far .. :P :D

i also did the same

but there was  not  any prob..

DT was nice.. few areas whr recnt cases and ammndmnts wer askd wer easy.. n few provisions wer seriously knowledge testing.. i think lack of tym 4 revision is what ultimately made my paper average.. els it ws easy 2 score an exemption.. :-(

Can anybody please tell what is the consequence of quoting wrong section number(although the answer was write) in the examination paper/?

Whether such cases would be rewarded nil marks or reduction of few marks from the correct answer written?

What was the answer to question on section 2(22)(e) ? it wasn't mentioned that whether the co. was closely held or widely held 

Is bar MAFA paper me Leasing se question nahi aaya tha kya?
