case law of Priya Village Roadshows Limited was not covered in VG Sir's Summary/Modules rest all case laws were covered!! Federal Bank Limited Echjay Forging Limited Rohit Anand Madhukant M Mehta these were the case laws which were asked in question paper!! |

Covered recent amendments n case laws. Paper was easy but lengthy,messed up in 1st question though
The toughtest question was Q1. God knows what had they asked.. At times the Institute insists on practical knowledge and at time, they expect us to remember all section no. and schedules theorotically.. !!
Unpredicability can be learnt from our dear fellow chartered... (Proud that am gonna be one like them :P ) Could find only this positive thing to quote so far .. :P :D

Can anybody please tell what is the consequence of quoting wrong section number(although the answer was write) in the examination paper/?
Whether such cases would be rewarded nil marks or reduction of few marks from the correct answer written?

th
May, 2012, the
Chartered Accountants Final Examination (Paper 8) and the Insurance and Risk
Management (IRM) Examination (Module 4) scheduled for 17
th
May, 2012 will
now be held in Christ Church Diocesan School, Collectorate Road, Near Gandhi
Maidan, Patna – 800 001 [in place of at the T.P.S. College]. The Examination
timing shall remain the same, viz. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM (IST), and the Admit Cards
already issued to the candidates will be valid for the new venue also.
Candidates for the above-mentioned Examinations to be held on 17
th
May, 2012
are requested to make a note of the above and accordingly appear in the said
Examinations in the above-stated Christ Church Diocesan School. Candidates are
advised, in their own interest, to visit in advance the above Christ Church Diocesan
School to familiarize themselves with the location of the said school / reach the said
School well in time.
