there were many small crakers in the question paper ..ultimately it made a large bomb...bl**dy paper

It was good paper..

Really I liked.. This one like CA Final Paper. Though I had cleared in May - 2013 otherwise It likes good experience.

As far consider except AS Question, all are nt too much tough. But its lengthy that I agree.

In fact, yes.. the very first Q was straight from RTP of May '12. But AS-15 is anyways totally bouncer. Hence, could not attempt that Q at all even though having read it and tried to by-heart it the earlier day... rest of the paper was a superfreak roller-coaster ride!!!

Agree with evry1... Such paper should not be set by icai..ya toh lengthy ho ya typical..is bar dono tha..

Lenghty agreed, it was too lenghty, tough No not all, My View Q1 Could not attempt Q2 Amalgamation was tricky but managable.(but I made a mistake) Q3 Left Q4 Holding, again tricky but managble, Q5 Goodwill One of d simplest question Q6) a):- Almost similar question in Jindal Sir Book b) Valuation Of Brand :- It was question of SFM(Similar concept question in Dr. J.B Gupta Sir book. Q7) a) Jindal Sir book b) D.S Rawat sir book My luck could not attempt this question too.

share based payment from praveen sir book last question nd same is printed in may 13 rtp...

goodwill simple..

amalgamation ok..

value added statement old pattern question simple..

Question no.7 as usual AS 19,24,6,30/31/32 ,12 question all from praveen sir book nd ok question concept based..

It can not be said that all questions were unseen, though nd not from prev attempt nd all that...although paper is lengthy undoubtedly...

In the amalgamation q. (Q.2), what is the treatment for these adjustments:

100 shareholders of Sunny Ltd. did not consent to the amalgamation;

Sunny Ltd. has declared dividend 10% but not yet paid till 31.3.2013

guys b prepared for next attempt.. as icai wont do liberal checking juz coz d paper was lengthy n tough.. aisa hota toh last attempt mei audit mei bhi liberal checking krte, jo ki ni ki in logo ne..

dnt knw wht the hell they want from students.. jab ca banne k baad ready reckoner he use krna h toh exam mei ku bajate h hamari..

dis is nt d way of checking d eligibility.. it is utter nonsense..

highly disappointed!!!!
