Discontinuation

sir. I have an joining letter of somic zf company heldby 1yr training period....now am was 1yr6 months.
This time my company told to me now you should go for out this company but I can't accept their process why because I need a time for make this situation but they don't thinking that they terminate me immediately ...my question is now what I will do this situation and can I get settlement of this company is that possible...?
