There is no qualification of director prescribed in Companies Act 2013
However, he should have enough qualifications to discharge duties prescribed under Section 166 of the Act.
Moreover,if company has Nomination and Remuneration committee then it lay downs criteria and qualifications for becoming director in the company which has to be observed by company.
