Vacation of Office under section 283
Vacation of Office of Director occurs only when a director is convicted by a Court of any offence involving moral turpitude and sentenced in respect thereof to imprisonment for not less than six months.
However WTD in judicial custody can be removed by following the procedure specified in Section 284.
