Hi, i had filed DIR-12 and also made payment for it, but now i want to know the application status of it. Where should i can check the status. Please anyone tell me how to know satus.

Log onto MCA website, click track transation status and insert SRN no or date of filing of form from log in in which you have filed form DIN 12, you will get status of form

i want to know what will be the consequences if dir 11 is not filed within 30 days of resignation of director, but company has filed dir 12 on time
