Din surrender
If a director have two din then he has to surrender one din through filling dir-5..but while filling dir-5 when din is entered it shown din is not approved becoz dir-3kyc not done but while doing dir-3kyc for second din it shows pan,passport,aadhar is already link with another din...now what can do??

You can file dir-5 to ROC, now dir-5 has been filed even if deactivated din then older din has been updated to all other places and then older din file dir-3 kyc so new din will be activated.
