One of my client was director in pvt ltd company, now he came out from the directorship of that company.
now he would like to surrender his DIN , now he is not the director of any company.
While we are trying to surrender DIN in DIN-5 it showing as " DIN which was previously associated with company cannot surrender through DIR-5 Form.
Please inform in which form we can surrender DIN
is that mean we need to KYC every year, if not MCA charge 5000 fees if not done on time
Yes you have to complete KYC every year
