Dear sir/ Madam

Could any one please advice me from whether tthere is any late fee or penalty for non filling of DIN 3 within 7 days from date of receipt of DIN 2. If yes how much?

Hi Anuja !!!

As you have not mentioned the date of receipt of DIN 2 it isdifficult to provide you information regrding DIN 3 late fee .please note that DIN3 is not required to be filed if appointment is made after 1st July 2007

if u want to check the fees please go to MCA site left hand corner option other services and fee calculator and feel the details it will show you fees payable for the same . hope this will solve your query

Hi Anuja

Every company shall furnish the details of Din 2 with in one week of receipt of intimation from directors under rule 5 to the ROC in Form DIN 3 along with fee prescribed under Schedule X of the Companies Act, 1956 on or after July 1, 2007 with additional fee, if applicable.

As mentioned in your question, regarding additional fee, if Director appointed on or before July 1, 2007and DIN 3 is required to be filed with fee as per Schedule X. Hope your query will solve with this information.

regarding ur query i wish to say that if din-3 is not filed by the company witin 7 days of receipt of din-2 that late fee will be levied as per the prov of act as per the capital of co.

Is there any fine / late fee if we file DIN 2 from the directors and DIN 3 on current date by company now for the directors who are appointed before Jul 2007.

Is there any fine / late fee on the director or company for not filing DIN 2 with the company till now.

If there is any fine / late fee what would be the amount

Mr Reddy,

If Director appointed before July 2007, DIN 3 is required to be filewith ROC, by the Company with in 7 days when Director send DIN 2 with the company without late fee.

For safer side i sugges you, that you collect DIN 2 from Director without date and when u required to file DIN 3, you fill date and file without late payment otherwise u will pay additional fee as per schedule X of the Companies Act, 1956.

Dear Sir,

Plz provid me the date regarding filling Form DIN 3.

Is this depend upon the authorised capital?

When i get DIN 2 & i am filling of DIN 3 within the 7 day of DIN 2. in those case having any penalty?

Plz send dates regarding the DIN related filling.

Hello

For appointment of 4-5 Directors who have been appointed on different dates, is it possible for filing one Din 3 for all, since the date of approval of Din is on the same date.

Pls revert as soon as possible
