I would like to know which all ITR forms require mandatory digital signatures??
and I would like to know is it necessary to sign the returns digitally, for the return forms that fall under sec 44AB of the income tax act,1961???

only company assesse needed digital signature on their ITR.
but in other cases no such notification exists.
