As we know that e-filing in mandatory for companies and partnership firms who are eligible for tax audit, it is always advisable to file your return using a Digital Signature.

You need not send your acknowledgement to Bangalore.
If your signed acknowledgement does not reach Bangalore within 30 days of filing of return your return will be treated as an in valid return. But if you use a digital signature you get a spot copy of acknowledgement.
As per rule, copy of acknowledgement should be sent by normal post only. It will not be accepted if it is sent by registered AD/post, Courier, or any other media.
It must be sent without folding and in A4 size envelope.
According to past experience it is observed that only 20% of returns are accepted.
