DIGITAL SIGNATURE

first you obtain a DSC of existing director for signing of the form 32 of the director who resign from the post and after you appoint another director.

For filing form 32 of resignation of director, is required to use digital signature of the ditrctor who are authorised to file such Form-32 with concern ROC.

First of all u take digital signature of the director authorised to file form 32 of the resigned director thereafter u will file Form-32.
