yes. it is made mandatory even they say it is not required for proprietor and partnership.
i think aadhar e signature is implemented along with dsc in some states. fill and save the form and see last page showing submit button and see whether e signature there

yes dsc is compulsary for company and LLP. It is optional for proprietor and partnership firm.
