Supplier has issued e invoice which later on canceled by him but after downloading data from e invoice portal those invoices are also downloaded. accountant has not saved irn of those invoice nor copy of canceled invoices is available. On e invoice portal those e invoices and canceled Invoices are not showing coz older than 15 days.
At the time of filling GSTR1 sales of books is not tallied with e invoice portal.
kindly guide what to do.

If you consider as per e invoice Portal then you may adjust through credit note to match with books of accounts
Ammend it on GST Portal in GSTR-1
Amendment can be possible only subsequent months but if it is clearly known that invoice is cancelled while Filing then credit is the right option

Go by credit note route to adjust within the month
Check the difference through Pivot table
