Those Who are Paid /Outsider/WTD/MD : Executive

Generally Promotor : - Non Executive

Executive Directors are known as whole time director / managing director / outsiders director who look into the daily affairs of the company, involves in managment of the business..,

Non-Executive Directors are for specific purpose who does not participate activily in the affairs of the company, they attend the meeting of Board of Directors for any specific meeting.
