STILL I COULDN'T GOT MY RETURN OF AY 2008-09 I APPLIED THROUGH A TAX CONSLTANT.

I TRIED TO FILL UP E RETURN AGAIN BUT SITE IS ALLOWING ONLY FOR THREE YEARS

TAX CONSULTANT IS STILL GIVING ME DIFFERENT DATE BUT HOPELESS WHAT SHOULD I HAVE TO DO PLEASE ANYBODY GUIDE ME. AMOUNT IS WITHOUT INTEREST APROX.75000 INR

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME???????????

you need to apply to CIT of your juridiction for permission of filing belated return, with a falid reason therein, he may grant you permission to file your return with interest and penalty ( if any imposed), to concerned ITO only manually.
