what difference between unrealized rent and vacancy rent ( and any logic between this two) one example sir

Unrealized rent means you didn't receive rent from your tenant whereas vacancy rent means rent which you lose due to vacancy(no tenant)
Realised rent we falsely show it as unrealized rent shall income tax officer find it?
Ya ofcourse he can find it by tallying with cash leger
