Final group ii

SFM:

1. Do all the chapters except CAPITAL BUDGETING. But you have to do every chapter in detail.

2. RTP - of past 3 years . Comes in handy.

3. I refered JB Gupta. Good book. Questions came were similar.

This paper is scoring but tricky. So get a hold of the concepts.

ACCOUNTS:

1. Do either Amalgamation or Holding. Dont do both. Generally we are not able to cover both the questions in time. So leave one in choice. (16 marks each)

2. Valualtion - Do religiously.

3. Complete the small chapters - GVA,SHVA,MVA,EVA,  Employee share based payments, Accounting of financial instruments and accounting of MF, NBFC, merchant bankers and stock brokers. Complete from study material - will take less than 3 days - 32 Marks. Easy!!

4. AS - Focus more on 2,4,5,7,11,12,15,16,17,19,20,22,26,27,29.

5. RTP - last 3 years.

Should help you get 60 marks.

how to do AS 30,31,32 ?

I did Financial Insturments from Module - 6 Illustrations and same question come in exams one after another..

Also do study from Praveen Sharma notes of Financial Instrument. Its good for understanding.

Hey there are perfect book for some TNM is the best and for some its not, if ur appearin for group 2 aim for IDT and Costing to score abv 60 .... DT and ISCA you have to all chap but u can emphasise on some like for DT assessement procedures, recent amm, latest case laws Wealth tax,TDS have fixed marks aim for those so u can capture those marks and for ISCA Chap 1 5 6 7 10 and 2 u have to do 3 and 4 u can slelct d topics u wanna to or jus read..
