If Machine Purchase on 10 Jan 2018. How can i calculate Depreciation on Machine. Dep charged on 3 months or half yearly please clearify

Under Income Tax, you can claim depreciation for 6 Months.
You can claim Half Yearly for the PM as per Income Tax...
calculate depreciation for half year
if less than 180 days, then 50% of depreciation and 50% of additional depreciation for Plant and machinery
