As per Income tax act depreciation on plant & machinery 15% PA
For dialysis machines the depreciation under IT act is 40%. ( on WDV)
Hospital services are exempted, so can we take ITC
No (for GST ITC), Depreciation can be claimed over the capitalized cost of equipment including GST.
