Delay in receiving study materials

Sir I want to know why I haven't received the study materials of inter CA though being registered on 26th July with the icai for May'19 inter CA.As per the information materials used to come two weeks later after the registration but it's been more than weeks for I haven't received the materials.
Plzz help to get me know about my status of the study materials and it's expected date of delivery.
My Registration no. CRO0623725
And date of birth as on registration is 07-02-2000.
