hello dear first of all...pls accept my friend ship request..i m student of ca final .i m in jaipur..ur quest is very good...deffered tax liability arises only in the case of companies...because when a difference create a income tax books and companies books then deffered tax liability...deffered tax liability means a difference between normal income tax laws or after adding sec. 115JB

please i tell u read section 115JB after that u will ask me any quest i will solve ur problem because deff.tax liability is a very big concept
