if we are supplying goods to EOU then can we received the payment in foreign exchange as the demand received from outside India to supply in EOU

ok and if we r supply against intrastate deemed export sale then
tarun sir did not get means if we are supplying in intra state then only we can receive in forex
I mean to say that if we r supply against deed export sale thn how to get claim
