Deduction under80C stamp duty and registration fees
purchase property in joint name and as per 80c deduction allowed upto 150000.I want to know if the registration charges were paid sum of rs 260000 for purchase of home. Can both person claim 130000

if purchased by both and paid by both from their own income can be proved u should get deduction as per my view
possession of flat not yet received but registration done on march 2016
can both claim 80C DEDUCTIONS
Will possession must be taken in the same year when registration and stamp duty paid to claim under 80c
