Deduction under section 35ad of the income tax act, 1961

if assessee company commenced newly constrcuted hotel operation on 10-03-2016. 

my question is whether deduction under section 35AD in same financial year i.e.  2015-16 (AY 2016-17) or can be claimed in next financial year i.e. 2016-17 (AY 2017-18).
