Deduction u/s 54 etc.

To claim the exemption u/s 54 etc. assessee have to invest before 31/03/2011 or before filing the income tax return

 

or assessee has to deposit the amount in capital gain tax account...

 

its urgent...

It's before Due Date of filing the Returns or before Filling the returns: whichever is earlier.
