IF I HAVE TAKEN HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY.ALSO I HAVE TAKEN BENEFIT OF THIS POLICY.MY QUESTION IS THEN CAN I TAKE DEDUCTION OF 80 D.

Yes, you can avail deduction u/s. 80D over health insurance premium paid, upto specified limits.
