Kindly help me to get answer to the following question.
What is the procedure to decide the Fulltime working Director's salary in a private limited One Person company(OPC). Director is one of the full skilled employee/ worker of the company.
Also what is the maximum salary a Director can fix as his salary by himself without taking any permission from Central Govt.
And what salary he can draw when company faces loss at end of the fin-year.
N.B. Authorised share capital is one lakh.
