Dear Sir,
We have purchase raw material from A company for Rs. 100000/- but it is found that he has charged excess rate for Rs.5000 in bill, in this regards can we reversed excsie duty or not through debit note.
if we have reversed excise duty , Can" A company " will get cenvat credit of aforesaid exicse duty ?
