Death of PAN HOLDER

In case of death in a financial year. When the return to be filed,by his/her representative, immediately or after the close of fy & beginning of AY starting from 1st April.?
What is disposal of PAN. IS her/his death to be intimated to income tax Department?

Ok. But when to file return? Normal way after the close of fy or immediately after death?
It can be filled on of before the due date which is normally 31st July of the succeeding year. You can not file ITR before the close of the Financial Year.
