I want to start a new HUF.
What is date of creation of HUF?
Can it simply be the date of marriage or the next day?
Any other Agreement or Deed is required?

when ur first son will born
Creation of HUF is not by Agreement BUT by status. As such, creation of HUF does not require any Agreement or Deed.
Secondly, I would slightly differ from what Mr. Sumit Jain has said..........because HUF is created from the date when your first CHILD (girl child now included) is born and not when your son is born.

Agree with sandeep and now you just file the Itr in the name of HUF and before itr filing ,get the pan card in the name of HUF
