Creation of HUF is not by Agreement BUT by status. As such, creation of HUF does not require any Agreement or Deed.

Secondly, I would slightly differ from what Mr. Sumit Jain has said..........because HUF is created from the date when your first CHILD (girl child now included) is born and not when your son is born.
