DARR KE AAGE JEET HAI - you all must have heard nowadays famous sayings - Actually it has become a inspirational note for some of the people.
DARR - FRIGHT - PANIC - ANXIETY - From where this concepts take birth ????
Did anybody asked this question to themselves who are scared and who are frightened - why did we become frightened of the situation - rather unknown situations which comes in front of us -
I WOULD LIKE TO NARRATE THE RECENT EXAMPLE OF ANNA HAZARE - If he must be scared of the consequences then he would have never achieved what is the outcome of his strike
Fright comes in front of us because we find ourselves incompetent to face the situations, and the reason why we find ourselves incompetent is LACK OF PREPARATIONS -
We are only responsible for the consequences what we have created - then why should we scared.
As I have stated earlier LACK OF PREPARATIONS - with regard to fear comes many things along with it at free of cost - like our now-a-days trends 1+1 FREE - but here the situation can be more dangerous because along with Fright comes hyper tension, stress and due to which you cannot concentrate on your studies.
ADVISE - DONT BE SCARED, DONT BE FRIGHTENED, you know the situation which is being there infront of you is created by yourself only, nobody else has created such a situation - SO WHY TO SCARED AND WHY TO BECOME FRIGHTENED.
We know its the human tendency that if we had done our preparations still we feel scared and still we are frightened but that doesnt gave rise to much problem -
PLEASE REMEMBER CERTAIN POINTS -
1) Dont be scared of any situation in life
2) Face the situation firmly and be firm in facing hardships only, dont be firm everywhere its not good
3) Handle the situation by keeping your mind cool
4) Forgot about everything whatever time you have in your hands - fully utilise your time to the great extent
BUT REMEMBER ONE THING NOW ALSO TIME IS THERE, YOU CAN DO MUCH - BUT AFTERWARDS DONT COMPALIN - THAT YOU ARE SCARED AND FRIGHTENED - BECAUSE THAT SITUATION IS THE CREATION OF YOUR DEED ONLY -
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST - I WOULD LIKE TO SAY JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, BECAUSE WHATEVER YOU DO TODAY - WILL HAVE GREAT IMPACT NOT ONLY ON YOUR FUTURE BUT ALSO WITH THE PEOPLE'S CONNECTED IN YOUR LIFE - THEY ARE - YOUR PARENTS - YOUR FRIENDS - YOUR RELATIVES - If you cannot think of yourself atleast think of their Happiness and everything will be fine
