Respected sir/madam,
I have one query regarding updated return.
Can I filed AY 20-21 updated return, if my net taxable income are below 5 lakhs.
please guide me.

Yes. ITR U can be filed with late fees of 1000/-

Below 5lacs 1000/-
Above 5lacs income : 5000/-

These are the late fees as per section 234F and need to pay while filing updated return under section 139(8A)
