Cwa in big 4's

Dear All Friends & Members,

I Wants work under a manufacturing company or work with a practicing cost accountants firm,my background or work experience relates with ca,qualification ACMA,CA inter.plz suggest how i proceed?

      Its rare Big 4"s recruit CMA.But some are working In Big"4 who are ACMA.For Inter Qualified one can get between 20000-25000 p.m and Final can get anywhere more than 35000p.m

Thanks Bharath for responding, but is there any idea how to contact these firms apart from their own website and for which profile they can take CMA's 

The best way is through employee contacts!!!Other way is to directly visit the office in person and give your CV and enquire about job openings!!!

And the basis on which they take CMA's is absolutely based upon your knowledge!!!they ask you subject questions and based upon your reply they make a decision.

Very recently i was called for an interview with one of the big 4 - kpmg

For the designation of Sr. Executive - finance.

They provide for Cabs & packg was aroung 6.50 lakhs

But i did not join there coz i was looking for Asst. manager slot.

And yes, the interview was damm tuff though i cleared it!!!!

My humble suggestion to you Mr. Manoj is complete ur CMA first & then start looking for a change...

With the recent regulatory changes and the passing of new Companies Bill, the scope of job as well as for practice of CMAs are increasing and it will keep on increasing. I have heard that even SEBI has recruited CMAs. Please have some patience, pass the final examination and you will find a horizon of opportunities before you.
