Does anybody know where can I get Practice Manual for Customs Act for November 2013
or amendments upto June 2013 (which can be used with practice manual january edition of ICAI)??

Download Supplementary Mat of F Act 2012 from icai site. Even Practice manual will also be available from the site
Also download RTP 2013 Nov for Changes till June also available at ICAI site.
