Ct1 inthe name of third party ( vendor)

When you have not registered under excise what is the need of issuing CT - 1 to you?

Because , CT - 1 will be issued to get excise duty exemption. in your case , as your not registered under excise no requirement of getting CT - 1.

so, as usual you can remove goods to your customer and from your customer he can export those goods by following export procedure.

Dear Sir,

CT-1 is issued for only manufacture of excisable goods.  In your case it is need not CT-1.
