Ct-3 clearance

CT3 is a certificate issued by the Range Superintendent of the 100% EOU Unit for procurement of inputs or cpital goods from the manufacturer-supplier  without payment of excise duty to be used in the manufacture of export goods. DTA clearance means goods  cleared by the 100% EOU under notification No. 22/2003 against appropriate rate of duty.  Goods cannot be supplied by the dealer against CT# certificate.
