I would like to know the Company Secretary Course Structure.
I've passed CA in Nov 2012 and CWA in 2010.
Is there a way I could do CS without having to worry about the training? The last time I've heard it was like the training may be undergone after the Professional Programme.
But after the recent announcement, is there any change in the setup?

After your executive programme you need to join for trining . If you have more than three years experiance in secretarial field then only you can claim for exempytion. There is no option of joining training after your professional programme.
I may add that now the training curriculum has been made more stringent and instead of 15 months now the period of training is 24 months as per the latest amendment in CS regulations. And yes there is no exemption from CS training in your case
