I got an acknowledgement letter after paying exam fees(CS Executive Programme) through netbanking.
Should I send a copy of that to the institute?

No.......they got everthings already before you which are they required for that......but you should kept it for reference
to ICSI if they find any quiry in this process or later upto your exams will not done.
