I HV A QUERY, READ IT & SOLVE IT: -

WHEN I VISIT INST(7.9.9) 4 SBMTNG MY EXMTN FORM, THEY SAID 2 CHECK REPONSE SHEET STATS & I FOUND 2 FAIL IN GCL(GRP 1) ALL 3 PAPRS. THEY DID NT ACEPT MY EXMTN FORM & SAID 2 RESBMT D RSPNS SHT AGAIN & ALSO SAID THAT THE DEADLINE WAS 31.8.9 & U CANT SBMT IT RITE NW & U R ONLY ELBL 2 APEAR IN GRP 2 ONLY(PASD POSTAL). WHAT I SHULD 2 DO?.... I NVR RECVD MY CHCKD RSPNS SHT AT EARLR OR BY ANY CMNCTN MDM. HOW CAN I KNOW WHETHER I PASD D POSTAL SCHM OR NOT & WHETHR I REQRD 2 RESBMT IT OR NOT?... BUT THEY ACPT EXMNTN FORM FROM OTHRS STUDNT WHERE THEY SBMT IT ON 31.8.9. IS IT POSBL 4 D INST 2 CHECK WITHIN 25.9.9, BCOZ THEY CHCK THEIR STATUS AT D TIME OF SBMSN. PLS APPLY UR GENRL SENSE & TEL ME 1 MORE THNG IS LAST DATE & DEADLINE WULD EVER B SAME?..............

The same case happen with me , i have submitted the  second group in Feb, 2009 and 1st group sheet in this August, 2009. But no such case arise with me

Tell me one thing from where u have come to know that you have fail in ur  GCL postal...

One more thing , In Feb, 2009 you must have submitted all the three compulsory paper , ask them did u failed in all theree  paper, Even if u have cleared in one , then NO problem

If all of these does not work,

write a GCL paper and post it ( do not submit it  to ICSI), and fill up your form , as if u have posted the paper before 31 August, and ig the paper did not reach to ICSI, it is postal department fault not your..

Lastly tell me where are u from , Kolkata ?
