Cs executive - new syllabus - capital markets & securities

i will be writing Capital markets & securities (Exec - module2) for Dec'14. can you please let me know how to prepare for this papers, my time is very short, my exam is on 30th Dec'14.

1) since institute material is very lengthy, can you please let me know best alternate book to refer?

2) how to prepare for this paper?
