I have passed my CS executive programme in dec 2008 and now want to join 15 months management training where is the requirement for the management trainee i have called around 200 companies but they dont require the trainee if this is the thing then why the institute is asking to go under the training for 15 months i am looking for the same since 5 months but no response plz help if any co. require trainee.

in c.s students journal icsi publishes the list of companies who need trainies..!!
