If u have time than refer institute's material and  during exams u can refer reliance publication books this is what i have referred for my exams...

I partially agree with the observations made by Poonam ji, with regard to studying from Institutes material but would personally suggest you to kindly refrain from using scanners, instead you may use ICSI's guideline answers.
