I have to take Input Credit on Service Tax,
On examining the bill i found that party`s signature is missing in the bills provided to me, the bill is for our Export Frieght (Computer Generated Invoice).
Kindly help me its very Urgent !
Your option would be get the signature now. In future intimate the party that there could be issues with the revenu eofficers objecting. Normally being accepted as the payments are also made for the same.
But ocean freight is nontaxable and freight from factory to port is exempted ?
