Creation of charge on land at midc
A company owns a leasehold land at MIDC. It wants to create charge on such land ,
Please guide whether a charge can be created on land at MIDC ?

Charge can be created, provided lease agreement entered with the MIDC by the Company allows to create charge or MIDC gives NOC for charge creation.
