I am trying to register at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
When I try to register it says "This PAN has already been registered".
When I try to reset password it says "User ID does not exist.".
I have also tried sending email to validate @ and I got a automatic reply that "The new e-filing login password would be shared only to the registered email id"
I can confirm that I have never registered before.
Now, what should I do?

Check whether ur pan is getting reflected here or not.....If yes...if u have previous year's ack no ..try from that....!!

Well it cannot be, please try once again it may be that your PAN is not registered before or either provide me your PAN and I will see if it is registered or not. |
